Winter Accessories.. Winter Necessities?…

As winter begins to hit across the Northern Hemisphere, The-Accessories-Guild is going to look at an essential winter fashion item, the neck scarf. Certain trends coming from the fashion weeks of New York and London suggest that fringe scarves will be on trend this year.

Derek Lam is not overly well known across the world, but after a few years spent under the tutelage of Michael Kors and further time spent working in Hong Kong, the American-Chinese fashion designer is expanding his brand. Featured above is an example of the recent trends to come out of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. The fringe hangs nicely over the open v-cut shirt, contrasting the two shapes nicely.

We attempted to hunt down this garment on the Derek Lam website, but the high quality images featured on the website seemed to take some time to process.
